I would like to see an enhancement where a trusted web ui can geneerate time based urls to downlaod individual packages, or perhaps entire repos.

I accidentally created a duplicate RFE a few months ago as I had not seen this one.
This functionality would be very nice to have as it would allow users to pull down SRPMs and ISOs w/o having to drop out of the shell and go navigate through the Pulp web server to dig for a package they need to download.
