The plugin code is available here: https://github.com/cutwater/pulp-galaxy
We should contribute back the the README.md with the docs. We should have a playbook and group_vars the user can use when they clone the repo. This would be in pulp-galaxy, and would probably be similar to example-use and example-devel.
