Description

The ansible-pulp installer requires the user to set pulp_use_system_wide_pkgs to True when installing the RPM plugin.

The documentation for RPM plugin omits this requirement.

Update install doc

Update installation doc to use pulp_use_system_wide_pkgs in playbook as needed for usage python binding for modularity (libmodulemd).

These binding can't be installed with pip only with RPM package.
