Remove 'publisher', 'publication', and 'repository' from BaseDistribution

Description

Not all plugins use publishers and publications. Docker plugin has to currently validate that users are not trying to submit a publisher and a publication when creating/updating a Dock Distribution. 'publisher', 'publication', and 'repository' should instead be implemented directly on the Distribution model.
