Add documentation on

- how Pulp determines uniqueness when storing units
- a warning about what happens when a source repository changes checksum type that is published in the repository
- how Pulp keeps track of units that belong to a particular repository
- how symlinks are generated during a repository publish

Actually, I'm removing [RFE] now and we can let the issue type determine if its bugfix versus story. Currently it's slated as bugfix and the next triage can help guide this issue to a resolution.
