Description

This request was initially inspired by a feature in Spacewalk that lets a user download RPMs directly from the UI, without respect to a particular published repository. Pulp should offer the same through its REST API.

Hopefully this will be easy and natural to expose through the new API in pulp 3, so it should probably wait until then.

Presumably the API will have an endpoint for accessing an individual content unit. That would be an ideal location to include a list of links to the files that are associated with the unit.
