Randy,
Based on our prior convo from awhile back re: modules and versioning, do you agree this is ok for a Y release? I think it's OK since it's additive to platform. IMO it would maybe be 3.0 if it was the other way around (moving functionality from platform to plugin).

I think this is fine for a Y release. Nobody should be depending on
pulp_rpm having this code specifically, so as long as the features and
API of pulp_rpm + platform remains the same (which I believe it will),
this is perfectly acceptable for a Y.
