https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/pull/1182 Removed the key index https://github.com/pulp/pulp_rpm/blob/fbaadaca61b5795afcfab4fcfb6ddfb52438a2da/pulp_rpm/app/tasks/publishing.py#L597 is still depending on that key
