For an ACS model create view /pulp/api/v3/acs/[:uuid] to able
- create
- list (all models)
- read (by specific uuid)
- delete acs model.
Using NamedViewSet to can be extend by plugin to ````/pulp/api/v3/acs/type/type/`````
