Description

In the section https://docs.pulpproject.org/pulp_ansible/bindings.html#generating-a-client-on-dev-environment, there is used an invalid reference for the aliases. A user is redirected to https://github.com/pulp/pulp_installer/tree/master/roles/pulp-devel#aliases and then receives HTTP 404 because of that.

Pulp dev environment provided by `pulp_installer <https://github.com/pulp/pulp_installer>`_
introduces a set of useful
`aliases <https://github.com/pulp/pulp_installer/tree/master/roles/pulp-devel#aliases>`_,
like `pbindings`.
