Advising plugins to ship their own roles is no longer the preferred resolution to this problem. Instead plugin writers should contribute their custom role to the installer itself.

Rewrites "custom install tasks" section
The plugin writer docs "custom install tasks" section was recommending plugins to ship their own Ansible roles, which is out of date. Now plugins can contribute their installation needs directly to the installer.
