Description

Currently we use 3.10.3. https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/blob/14b4aefac1a624d49ae77f0fa45c758db517e7d0/requirements.txt#L12

A new version 3.11.1 is out. Pulpcore 3.7.0 should use it.
