Description

Per the 2020-05-06 Pulp Installers meeting, we should:

Add known plugins and their vars, commented out, in example-use/group_vars/all & example-source/group_vars/all .

We would add both the prereq_roles subvar, any top-level vars that certain plugins need. For the latter, a comment on why.

This does not actually violate our principle of plugin neutrality because we are not adding custom tasks or logic to the installer for individual plugins, only commented out vars / documentation.
