Story #5450
closedStory #3821: As a user, I can migrate from Pulp 2 to Pulp 3
As a user, a Migration Plan is respected
100%
Description
Currently the migration plugin migrates every plugin it supports and it migrates content and repositories.
A Migration Plan (defined in #5178) gives more control of which plugin to migrate and how.
Migration plugin needs to take into account the Migration plan and migrate plugins according to it.
