2. Create and sync a secondary repo using the following url='https://repos.fedorapeople.org/pulp/pulp/fixtures/rpm-unsigned/'
3. Assert the task succeed.
For pulp_docker, and pulp_file the same can be achieved using two identical files, but different names.
