1. Create and sync a repo using the following url='https://repos.fedorapeople.org/pulp/pulp/fixtures/rpm-references-updateinfo/ 2. Create and sync a secondary repo using the following url='https://repos.fedorapeople.org/pulp/pulp/fixtures/rpm-unsigned/' h2. Notes: * see comment 4170 comment 3. Assert the task succeed. you can also reproduce with pulp_file, pulp_docker if two files are identical but have different names. (busybox synch will test this)
