rpm upload fails to populate "files" field on model

Description

When uploading an RPM, the "files" attribute on the saved model is empty. It should be populated with data about what files are provided by the RPM.

1. upload an RPM
2. query the REST API for that RPM
3. look at the "files" field and note that it is an empty object

When doing a sync operation, the "files" field gets correctly populated.
