The basic implementation of this Content ViewSet was introduced with this commit d03d73c9714aa4c21c296b3749c929f688ea2f89.
There is not much to add to it at this point. I played with filters a bit, but it seems that filters as well as other plugin specific parts should be implemented by plugins.
Please re-open this issue, if you do not agree.
