Description
The scheduler has a feature where if a scheduled task fails n times in a row, where n is configurable, the schedule will be automatically disabled. It adds a lot of complexity to the schedule machinery without providing much value to the user. This is especially true because there is not a good (maybe any?) notification mechanism to the user.
In pulp 3.0, this feature should be removed.
