The data in the consumers collection needs to be migrated into the customer table in postgres.
For each field in the consumer document:
consumers => consumer

id => id (generated)
display_name => name
description => description
notes => notes (by Notes relation)
capabilities => (omitted: supported deprecated agent)
rsa_pub => (omitted: supported deprecated agent)
Note: The agent is not included in 3.0.
