Description

`index.docker.io` is a Docker v1 endpoint. It responds to the /v2/ endpoint but does not implement the v2 API. This means that users may believe that they are syncing v2 from docker hub, but pulp will fail to do so.

We should remove `index.docker.io` from the docs and replace it with the v2 endpoint `registry-1.docker.io`.
