Description

An rpm named 'pulp-streamer' should be produced by the platform rpm spec file. This rpm will be versioned along with platform and will be part of platform but can be installed as a separate rpm. The pulp-streamer RPM will need to name Twisted as a dependency so this task needs input from task #1192.

The Apache configuration file from task #1190 should be included in this package.

This task also requires an init.d script to be made for EL6 and a systemd unit file for EL7. The docs on how to start/stop/use these scripts will be covered by a different story. This story should include a release note.
