Story #1150: As a user, I can lazily fetch repositories
As a user, I can install the pulp-lazy using a comps.xml group definition
Description
By default, Pulp installations won't install the lazy components. As such having a single group definition that they should install would be good.
The following components need to be installed:
Ensure that the comps.xml will work on EL6, EL7, and FC21+
