Fedora 21 and 22 provide squid-3.4.12

CentOS 6 provides squid-3.1.23
CentOS 7 provides squid-3.3.8

RHEL 6 provides squid-3.1.23 from rhel-6-server-rpms
RHEL 7 provides squid-3.3.8 from rhel-7-server-rpms
