Description

Have pulp_installer automatically install pulp-cli. If this is a source install, check for a pulp-cli checkout and use that for the install.

It would be nice to also configure the CLI too.

A couple questions:

  • Which environment(s) should we install pulp-cli? ie just for dev environments or all?
  • Should we make a setting for this?
