As user I can see checksum type and content id when pulp refuse to publish

Description

"Package .. does not contain allowed checksum type, thus can't be published. Checksum must be one of allowed types"

Lets extend this message by content id and its checksum type to user know exactly which content is involved.

Checksum publish error message

More detailed error message when user tries to publish package with forbidden checksum type.
