Update website with information about the CentOS 8 based single container.

Description
The new container is available on DockerHub under the pulp/pulp name. It is based on CentOS 8. In addition to the underlying OS being different from the pulp/pulp-fedora31 image, there is also a difference in the PostgreSQL database. The files created by PostgreSQL 11 inside pulp/pulp-fedora31 are not compatible with PostgreSQL 12 inside pulp/pulp. Any users that want to migrate their data will need to reference documentation from PostgreSQL on how to go migrate from one major version to another.
The single container page on pulpproject.org should have its commands updated to reference pulp/pulp and we should probably put up a short blog post about this database difference.
