Description

The Pulp instance admin gets to decide what algorithms they want, overriding what plugin authors may expect. We need to document this in the plugin-author's guide, pointing out the ALLOWED_CHECKSUMS config entry and Artifact's DIGEST_FIELDS and FORBIDDEN_DIGESTS.
