Description

An empty RepositoryVersion shows entries for all CollectionVersions in system, via /pulp_ansible/galaxy/<path>/api/v3/collections/

The list should be empty but it is not, it also should be a list of unique collections but in this case collections are shown multiple times with different highest_versions.
