Description
To migrate RPM plugin content and repositories from Pulp 2 to Pulp 3, the following steps are needed:
- create models to communicate with pulp2
- create models into which data will be pre-migrated
- create a migrator for RPM plugin
- add ability to migrate every content type
- add ability to migrate importers
- add ability to migrate distributors
- enable ability to migrate RPM plugin by configuring it in setup.py as an entrypoint
