It hasn't since the rename from dashes to underscores in December (although the initial manual import was successful).

Problem: Ansible galaxy is not automatically importing pulp.pulp_rpm_prerequisites
Solution: Use the new instructions for a webhook, which replaces previous instructions that the before-rename repo used.
