Provide repository_href when viewing a repository_version

Description

Currently when fetching a repository_version or listing them, the repository_href is not included in the api respose. Because of that, its nearly impossible to actually figure out what repository a repository version is part of. I think it would be a useful thing to add.

There is no direct need for this by katello, but it seemed like a major usability issue IMO
