The fixtures on fedorapeople.org are generated using scripts in pulp-fixtures repo[0]. The same repo should be used to generate fixtures on Travis and then serve them using nginx on port 80.
This should probably be done as part of the .travis/post_before_script.sh in pulpcore and pulp_file.
