Description

'3.0' branch nightly should publish to https://docs.pulpproject.org/en/3.0/nightly/
'master' branch nightly should publish to https://docs.pulpproject.org/en/master/nightly/

Also for release purposes they need to publish to:

'<tag>' branch tagged release should publish to https://docs.pulpproject.org/en/&lt;tag&gt;/

for example
'3.0.0rc8' branch nightly should publish to https://docs.pulpproject.org/en/3.0.0rc8/nightly/
