Description

pulp-operator-check-and-wait.sh has some repeated blocks of code with only minor differences between them.

Said blocks should be replaced with a re-usable function with parameters.

(Some of them are more feasible to do this for than others.)

(Note that this script is in pulp-operator.git, but is checked out and used during all plugin/pulpcore CI.)
