Description

Publications do not have a name or a similar field to identify them in an (ansible-) idempotent way.
The RepositoryVersion that is published should not be used, because you may want to publish the same version multiple times with different options.

Also it is impossible to filter the publications by RepositoryVersion like

res = FilePublication.list(repository_version=repo_ver_href)
