Pulp services will refuse to start if the user doesn't set the required CONTENT_ORIGIN setting. The installer should set this on all pulp installations by default. Also the user should be able to set it explicitly as well.

Add pulp_settings.content_origin to the example vars files.
(Relies on setup module being run at the beginning of the ansible run to parse ansible_fqdn). And document it in the pulp role as well.
