Description

During the compliation of createrepo_c:

failed: [devel2] (item={'key': 'pulp-rpm', 'value': {'app_label': 'rpm', 'source_dir': 'git+https://github.com/pulp/pulp_rpm.git#egg=pulp-rpm'}}) => changed=false
  ansible_loop_var: item
  cmd:
  - /usr/local/lib/pulp/bin/pip
  - install
  - -e
  - git+https://github.com/pulp/pulp_rpm.git#egg=pulp-rpm
  item:
    key: pulp-rpm

Its strange because i can seem to access skbuild no problem:

[root@devel2 pulp]# python3.6
Python 3.6.8 (default, Aug  7 2019, 17:28:10)
[GCC 4.8.5 20150623 (Red Hat 4.8.5-39)] on linux
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import skbuild
>>> from skbuild import setup
