Description

If you specify `_relative_path`, it's ignored and `relative_path` will be an empty string.

If you specify `relative_path`, the server will give an error saying `_relative_path` is required.

Various fixes to the pulp_deb docs

  • installation docs should reference services
  • update "publisher" to "publication"
  • remove "publish a repo" as that's not a thing anymore
  • update content creation to reflect the current API
  • fix various formatting
