Collection version API should include "id" field

Description

To be able to proxy pulp API endpoints to client it is required to construct valid proxy URLs.
Without "id" field it would require parsing of URLs returned by pulp.

To simplify this workflow "id" field will be added to the CollectionVersionSerializer.
