Description
The dev environment should:
- be based on Centos7
- have Pulp 2 and Pulp 3 installed and running
- have shared access to /var/lib/pulp/ for Pulp 2 and Pulp 3
Optionally, it would be nice to have a script to populate data in Pulp2:
- orphaned content
- downloaded content associated with repositories
- not downloaded content associated with repositories
- empty repos
- small/large repos

Problem: pclean removes Pulp 2 files
Solution: only remove the artifact directory
