Description

To simplify the testing of Pulp, pulp-smash's defaults should expect to use gunicorn hosting pulp-api and pulp-content-app directly. Currently it tests through nginx.

The installer will have those services listening on 127.0.0.1 only, so if you want pulp to expose pulp-api and pulp-content-app to external traffic, use the vars given by this story: https://pulp.plan.io/issues/4964 and have them expose at 0.0.0.0:24816 and 0.0.0.0:24817.
