Description

Problem

1. Currently the pulp_ansible docs are very broken up into many pages.
2. The things you need like BASE_HREF aren't clearly shown how to set.

Solution

Two long pages will be created, one for Role workflows and one for Collection workflows. These will also include subsections on client usage, client configuration, etc.

Overhaul docs

The docs got converted to one long roles page and one long collections page. This should make them easier to read.
