Test mazer 'install' from Pulp

This test follows these docs: https://github.com/pulp/pulp_ansible#mazer-install
You should be testing against the latest checkout of https://github.com/ansible/mazer/ and specifically the 'devel' branch.
1. Ensure that a collection unit is available at a specific Distribution
2. configure mazer to point to the Distribution that contains that unit
3. mazer install that collection by {namespace}.{name}
4. Verify the content installed correctly
