Description
Once core makes it possible for the content app to serve content from a RepostioryVersion by associating it with a Distribution (story "4745"https://pulp.plan.io/issues/4745 ) we should remove Publications from pulp_ansible entirely.
The docs should also be updated to have users use the auto-distribution feature for repository to make it easier for them. Also the users should be told they can point a Distribution at a RepositoryVersion to serve their content.

pulp_ansible now expects users to distribute content directly from RepositoryVersion objects by setting the
