Some of these are only needed for building docs or running Fedora tests. Generally you should do these for packages in Fedora, but it may be best to not use some of them.

dynaconf seems to only need hvac for vault.
hvac is what introduced the dependency on recent version of requests.
In fact, pulplift seems to use requests 2.19.1 rather than the latest version.
