Looking at the docs for uploading:
https://pulp-rpm.readthedocs.io/en/latest/workflows/upload.html#create-rpm-content-from-an-artifact
The filename parameter doesn't show up in the api docs (it's not on the serializer). Also, it seems redundant to have a relative_path parameter and a filename parameter.
