Description
The goal of these improvements is to simplify usage and add additional progress reporting.
- The additions and removals would no longer be passed to the ChangeSet wrapped in a SizedIterator.
- The ChangeSet.apply_and_drain() would be removed. The goal is to support (1) way to apply the changes.
- Report progress on downloading.
As a result of not passing the SizedIterator, progress reporting would become progressive. That is, the reported total would be incremented (by like 500 or something) during stream processing.
