closedorphan remove removes the content but the empty directories not deleted
Description
Description of problem:
After the contents are removed by orphan remove, the empty directories needs to be cleaned up as well
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
[root@qeblade3 ~]# rpm -q pulp-server
pulp-server-2.2.0-0.13.alpha.fc18.noarch
How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create and sync a repo
2.Delete the repo
3. Orphan remove the content
4. see that /var/lib/pulp/content/rpm/../.. are still exisiting
