Remove "unit linking" docs and dead code
Description
The ability to link one unit to another was removed when we converted to mongoengine, because it wasn't being used. The documentation still mentions it though.
This email to pulp-dev@ reported two places where the documentation refers to unit linking:

- referenced_types in 'Type Definitions' -> 'Attributes'
- 'Importers' -> 'Functionality' -> 'Synchronize an External Respository'
References to unit linking should be removed from the documentation.

Looks like there is a dead function and some unit tests for it.
